Practicing the squat at home

Squatting is great for our body.  It’s one of the most natural movements we can do as humans.  Sadly, we find ourselves sitting most of the day and missing out on the incredible benefits of this exercise.  There are lots of benefits to it though.  It will strengthen your leg muscles and your core. It can strengthen your knee joints.  And the squat will also improve the overall flexibility in your lower body.
