We have been told that most things are good...in moderation.  

What is moderation?

Does moderation really satisfy?

Easy tip for today:  Think about what moderation has done for you lately.

It seems to be a slippery slope to indulgence, BUT it could be worked to our advantage...

Work out today.  Do it moderately.  Maybe add another day this week.  Once or twice a week seems moderate enough.

Enjoy a salad with a lean protein.  Not too much.  Don't indulge but only enjoy it moderately.

Turn the phone off, turn off the TV.  Moderately.  Only for 30 minutes tonight.  Don't indulge but enjoy it moderately.

Let moderation work to your advantage.  Moderation will lead to indulgence eventually.  It inevitably does, but wouldn't it be amazing if you turned it to our advantage?
