How do you recover from life?

A little breath work followed by an ICE BATH...


... well that's one way to do it.

I certainly had fun, but I have also been told by many that "my idea of fun and the rest of the world's idea of fun are not the same..."  LOL!

But taking a moment to stop, turn off the phone, turn off the computer, and breath, can make a world of difference in stress, anxiety, and the list goes on.

And the benefits are great with or without the ice plunge :)

I teach a yoga breathing method where you just lay down on your stomach (video here) and breath.  It turns on the parasympathetic nervous system and builds core strength among other benefits.
