We all fall into this trap during the day.  We are so caught up working at our desk in front of a computer for hours on end.  We start to slouch, hunch over, and completely mess up our posture.  When we start to do this, we have problems.  Poor posture results in pain.  Pain in our neck, shoulders, and back.

But there’s something that can help this.  And it’s super simple!  Chin tucks.  Take some time throughout the day, and just extend your neck out and then tuck it in.  You can do it for just a few seconds, that’s right only a few seconds at a time every time your watch tells you to move throughout the day!  It’s easy and it will save you a lot of headaches.  Literally!
