Do something good for your feet

Our feet provide so much for us. They get us where we need to go. And they get us where we WANT to go. We go to a lot of important places! We go on vacation, go to our kid's soccer practice, go hiking in the mountains or running along the beach, and the list goes on and on.

A foot massage is nice, but building strength is nicer because the things we do require that those feet of ours keep us moving. Moving takes muscles.

Just do this simple exercise. Point your toes down and bring your arch up. It's that simple!
